Wind the movement

Regular Winding
To keep your watch in optimal condition, we recommend winding it regularly, even if it is not worn. For a hand-wound movement, turn the crown gently until you feel natural resistance, without forcing it.

For an automatic movement, approximately 20 to 30 clockwise turns of the crown are sufficient to activate the mechanism and help maintain proper lubrication of the components.

Setting Time and Date
When adjusting your watch, avoid correcting the time, date, day, month, or moon phase during the late afternoon or evening, as the movement may already be engaged in its calendar cycle.

Magnetic Fields

Everyday magnetic fields can affect the accuracy of a mechanical watch. If your timepiece begins to run irregularly, a quick demagnetization at your nearest authorized retailer will easily restore its performance.

Avoid Extreme Temperatures

Prolonged exposure to extreme heat or cold can affect the lubricants inside the movement, which are essential to its reliability. Avoid leaving your watch for long periods in places such as a car in direct sunlight.
