ULTRA-CERMET.
STRUCTURAL EVOLUTION.

Ultra-Cermet is neither a traditional ceramic nor a conventional metal. It brings together titanium and titanium carbide through a demanding sintering process, creating a material that is homogeneous at microscopic level.

No coating. No surface effect. No fragile interface.
Its strength comes from within.

With a hardness of approximately 1450 HV, Ultra-Cermet offers remarkable resistance to abrasion and surface wear. Edges retain their sharpness. Finishes keep their depth. Geometry remains stable over time.

Cool to the touch and highly responsive to light, the material reveals subtle tonal variations on the wrist.

Difficult to machine, it requires diamond tooling, controlled production cycles and precise assembly tolerances.

Ultra-Cermet does not dress the timepiece. It defines it.

At the heart of the TONDA PF Sport Chronograph Ultra-Cermet beats the PF070 calibre, a COSC-certified automatic integrated chronograph developed within the Fleurier manufacture.

Operating at 36,000 vibrations per hour, or 5 Hz, the movement is designed for chronometric stability and precise short-time measurement. Its 65-hour power reserve gives the chronograph the endurance expected of a contemporary sport timepiece.

Composed of 288 components and 42 jewels, the calibre measures only 6.95 mm thick. Through the sapphire case back, it reveals openworked satin-finished bridges, bevelled edges and a skeletonised 22-carat rose gold oscillating weight, polished and sandblasted.

Its multi-layer architecture takes inspiration from fine saddlery: a rubber base, a textile-like surface, a structural intermediate layer and an outer finish that brings depth, texture and refinement.

At its core, a tear-resistant technical membrane reinforces the strap, ensuring long-term stability and durability. The result is a naturally curved profile that follows the wrist with exceptional comfort for a sport chronograph.

Fitted with an Ultra-Cermet pin buckle, the strap carries the material logic of the timepiece through to the final point of contact.
