The Pershing collection was born from a meeting between Parmigiani Fleurier and the eponymous superyacht builder. In the wake of the Pershing “zero-zero-two” model, the “zero-zero-five” model is a chronograph whose racy, masculine and even sportier character make it stand out.
With its sleek profile and sporty character, the Pershing collection is tailor-made for everyday challenges as well as for exploring the ocean depths. Its generous dimensions and powerful lines, as well as its heavy-duty materials together shape its look. It is the intensity of a lifestyle combined with a collection that requires a concentration of superlatives to describe it.
Given its style and functionality as well as its comfortable user experience, the automatic chronograph has become the archetypal sports watch. Featuring the Calibre PF334, the first chronograph movement manufactured by Parmigiani Fleurier, the audacity of the Pershing model’s style is imposing, while it stands out with its racy look.
The result of Parmigiani Fleurier's partnership with the eponymous Italian yacht manufacturer, the Pershing chronograph is designed for use in a marine environment, in or on the sea. Its unidirectional rotating bezel to measure immersion times, its hands coated in luminescent material, and its water resistance down to 200 meters give it the ideal characteristics required for a diving watch. The tachymetric measurement indication, based on 3 metres, makes it an ideal on-board instrument.
Automatic & chronograph movement
The Calibre PF334 is an automatic-winding chronograph movement, ensuring precision and reliability as well as a comfortable user experience. Of modern design, the sheer excellence of its design is magnified by superb finishes, with bridges angled by hand and “Côtes de Genève” decoration. Its two series-coupled barrels ensure 55 hours of autonomous operation. Its pendulum beats at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour. Comprised of more than 300 components, this calibre allows for the display of hours, minutes, seconds and the date, together with its chronograph features with a large second in the centre as well as hour and minute counters.
